CHECK IN PROCEDURE / ROVINJ, TROGIR & DUBROVNIK: |
|
| After arriving at
the base, You will be at our service permanently during Your cruising. |
|
Saturday, 18.00h
|
|
Should You arrive earlier than 18.00h, please advice us, so
we can inform You if it is possible to do the check in earlier
or if You have to wait till 18.00h.
- At this time the boat will be ready for inspection
- You will find our inventory list in the boat, to check
yourself
- After making sure that all inventory is complete, list
has to be signed
- Immediately after, one of our staff members will give full
technical explanation of all systems and functions on/of the
boat
- Finally, when the security deposit is left, You are free
to start your trip

CHECK OUT PROCEDURE / ROVINJ, TROGIR & DUBROVNIK:

| Our
suggestion to You is to come back at our base Friday evening,
to be prepared to proceed the checking out Saturday morning. |
However,
the latest
Saturday, 09.00h |
|
At this time the yacht must be clean, all inventory at it's
place and the crew with their luggage out of the boat. By checking
out, the responsible person of WAY POINT INTERNATIONAL is checking
the inventory and equipment (together with You or the skipper
in charge).
If all is found in order, You will have the security deposit
reimbursed. Necessary time for this operation is about 30 min.

Boat cleaning is mandatory -

SECURITY INSURANCE & DEPOSIT
/ ROVINJ, TROGIR & DUBROVNIK: |

The security insurance & deposit has to be paid at our base
before the departure of the boat :
- Non refundable security insurance (not covering the boat
inventory specified on the check in list)
Payable only in cash

Cash, Credit cards (American, Diners, Visa, Master), Euro checks
(we accept the whole amount on one check), Traveler checks

In case of any damages to the yacht and/or equipment, the deposit
will be returned by checking in, with reduction of the amount
of damages up to EURO 1.000.
In normal cases, the full amount is going to be returned by
checking out.

Boat with skipper is also subject to the payment of above mentioned
security deposit |

to You as soon as possible.
Should You have any technical problems during Your cruising,
WAY POINT staff is helping You as soon as possible. Either by
solving the problem on this boat or giving You the same or even
bigger other boat (in case that it is a problem, which is putting
the boat out off order) to continue Your cruising.

In the both ACI Marinas there is a guarded parking place.
The cost for 1 car is:
- 1 DAY = EURO 5.-
- 2 WEEKS = EUR0 30.-
- 3 WEEKS = EURO 38.-
